Job Overview
Multi-office upstate firm with emphasis on real estate law seeks an experienced associate attorney who has a desire to build an estate planning and probate practice. Applicant does not need an established client base. Three to five years of experience preferred.
Must have a strong work ethic and posses the ability to work independently. Firm will provide all resources needed to establish a successful practice.

Duties
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding estate planning and probate.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases to develop effective legal strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.
- Attend court proceedings as necessary to represent clients and advocate for their interests.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience in estate planning and probate law.
- Strong research skills with proficiency in legal research databases.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
