As a General Labor (Trainee), you will be embarking on a unique hands-on training program that results in an option to choose a career path as an Electric Motor Mechanic or an Electric Motor Coil Winder.
What You Will Learn:
- Remove and replace shafts, bearings, commutators and other components, referring to blueprints or service manuals as required.
- Wind and assemble various types of coils for electric motors or transformers and reinstall them.
- Balance armatures or rotors, weld and braze or solder electrical connections, and align and adjust parts to close tolerances to reassemble items.

General Labor (Trainee) Job Duties
- Parts cleaning, prime parts, painting, and sandblasting.
- Pressure wash, small parts blasting, and solvent machine.
- Learn and follow the 5S Lean manufacturing methodology to keep departments clean and free of hazards.
- Perform all tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Actively engage in our in-person and hands-on training program.

- Learn, train, implement and adhere to safety regulations.
- Must follow all ISO quality process flows, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends.
Education & Work Experience
High school diploma or equivalent with 2 to 3 years relevant working experience.
Knowledge of motor industry is a plus.
Must be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend English, fluent in Spanish a plus.
