Job Summary:
The Supervisor will oversee painting crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of painting crews, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and client specifications; address any issues promptly.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide project updates, and resolve any concerns.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Project Estimation: Conduct site visits to assess project scope, prepare detailed estimates, and provide clients with accurate quotes based on materials, labor, and timelines.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress, budget status, and team performance for management review.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Proven experience in the painting industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
