Job Title: Technical Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in AWS PaaS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development and team leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high quality technical solutions. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring best practices in software development, and driving the successful implementation of cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable applications using AWS PaaS services.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in cloud computing and AWS.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure alignment on project goals.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in AWS PaaS, including services such as AWS Lambda, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, and AWS API Gateway.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in delivering cloud-based solutions using AWS.
• Relevant certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
