We are specifically looking for Formen and Superintendent roles skilled in areas of drainage, and grading with prior heavy highway and site development experience.

- Follow all health and safety procedures on the job site
- Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
- Comply with all BCI, OSHA, or other relevant safety rules and regulations
- Conduct all business with a professional and respectful attitude
Depending on position, duties could include some or all of the following:
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Basic computer skills with iPad and MS office experience
- Civil construction experience preferred
- DOT experience preferred
