About the Role : As a Research Manager (RM) in Pharma Market Insights, you will collaborate with clients to deliver primary market research solutions, answering key questions about products that help and treat patients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, global team working across all therapy areas while continuously learning and developing professionally. Key Responsibilities : Build and expand relationships with current clients, providing support to the Research Director. Lead multi-market, multi-methodology research projects, while providing support on others as needed. Assist with the preparation and delivery of proposals. Oversee or lead the development of research materials such as screeners, questionnaires, and analysis plans. Manage and coordinate fieldwork logistics and ensure smooth project execution. Take ownership of day-to-day project management, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability. Lead and support the analysis, presentation writing, and reporting of insights. Grow new business opportunities with both existing and new clients. What We’re Looking For : Proven experience in primary market research, with a strong focus on qualitative research. Pharma experience is a must. In-depth knowledge of the market research project lifecycle, from design to delivery. Ability to write screeners, questionnaires, and create analysis plans.
