RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Ability to work in a fast-pace competitive environment
- Ability to establish and successfully implement daily processes to achieve goals without close supervision
- Ability to work alone or in a group setting to achieve goals and expectations
- Property & Casualty license
- Life & Health license

Salary : $52,000 - $72,000
