THE TUSK BAR is a cocktail and oyster bar with its next door restaurant sibling BRASS offering an elegant yet playful menu from Michelin-starred chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabián von Hauske Valtierra (Wildair, Bar Contra).

Working under the the General Manager will have responsibilities that span the total scope of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Experience with new restaurant openings
- Experience in HIGH volume environments, strong hospitality & service focus
- Experience working closely with culinary management
- Strong service background and proven success developing service teams
- Experience operating high volume beverage programs; craft cocktail and advanced wine knowledge
- Proficiency with managing labor, daily sales reports
- Experience and success in project management; strong interpersonal skills and ability to bring people together
- Ability to work flexible hours that meets the demands of the business
Requirements:
- Strong hospitality & service focus.
- Proficiency in excel, word / Google Suite.
