Position Title: Central Weigh (1st Shift)

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lift baskets, tubs, pallets on an indoor surface

• Weigh parts and distribute parts as needed

• Work with cleaning soaps/agents and oven through wash process

• Maintains work area per the company’s visual workplace management system (5-S) guidelines

• Complies with company policies; work rules; safety requirements; quality standards; and applicable local, state, and federal legislation

• Performs other related duties as needed and assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Must maintain good safety practices, and good organizational skills.

• Team oriented, works well with others. • Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.

• Self-directed • Good attendance and work record

• Able to perform repetitive motions with both arms and hands.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• High attention to detail.

• Good basic math skills

• Good time management skills.
