We are seeking a proactive, result-driven, BPO sales expert to join our Bravada Team! Our Ideal candidate would be responsible for driving sales growth, generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and managing/growing existing accounts. You will meet with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions, while consistently aiming to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Staying ahead of market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and understanding client needs will help refine sales strategies. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring satisfaction will be key to your success.

Accurate record-keeping in the CRM system, along with reporting on sales performance and market insights, will be essential. You will collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing and product) to deliver customized sales solutions. Additionally, you will build relationships with local businesses and organizations, seeking opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and increased visibility.

Representing the company at local networking events and industry gatherings will be an important part of the role. Traveling within your assigned territory to meet clients and attend events will be expected. Continuous improvement of your sales skills and product knowledge will be necessary to stay competitive and achieve success.


Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new business opportunities, prospect potential clients, and maintain/grow existing accounts.

Client Meetings & Presentations: Meet clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Market Research: Track market trends, competitors, and client needs to refine strategies.

Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, address queries, and maintain satisfaction.

Reporting: Keep accurate records in CRM, and report on sales performance and market insights.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, product) to deliver customized sales solutions.

Local Business Community Engagement: Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to identify opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and increased visibility. Attend local networking events and industry gatherings to represent the company.

Travel: Travel within assigned territory to meet clients and attend events.

Training & Development: Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.



Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the BPO industry.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in CRM systems.

• BPO experience is a plus (understanding outsourcing processes, customer service, IT support, etc.).

• Ability to handle complex sales cycles and long-term contracts.

BPO Experience Considerations:

• BPO Knowledge: Candidates with BPO-specific experience (e.g., understanding of outsourcing processes, multi-channel customer service, IT support, or back-office functions) will command higher salaries compared to those without BPO experience.

• Sales Cycle: BPO sales often involve longer sales cycles due to the negotiation of complex.

This role is offered for 6 months, with the potential for full-time employment if successful. Candidates are required to provide their own hardware. Will have access to company systems. Contracts and partnerships, so a seasoned BPO sales professional will be valued for their ability to manage such processes.
