**Measures of Success**
- Growing non-interest fee income through the pricing and delivery of treasury and payment solution to large business relationships.
- Provide a superior business digital experience and relation to customers, business development and team members.
- Become a trusted advisor for Braveras Digital department, effectively communicating product benefits to employees and customers.
- (20%) Account Set-up and Maintenance-**
- Assist large business customers in the implementation and utilization of Treasury products.
- Secure and verify agreements, applications and authorization forms needed to process and add, update, or remove permissions and access levels.
- Conduct annual reviews of existing Bravera Customers.
- (80%) Customer Relations-**
- Provide in-depth consultation to business customers, assisting them in selecting and implementing the most suitable treasury solution for their needs.
- Independently write and preset professional quality proposals and respond to formal requests for proposals.
- Coordinate the set-up pricing and delivery of treasury and payment solutions when working with Commercial Lenders, Market Presidents, and Private Bankers.
- Assist customers with a variety of banking needs including set-up and maintenance of treasury management relationships, payments, business credit cards, specialized business services, merchant services and Bravera products and services.
- Discuss payables, receivables, liquidity and fraud prevention solutions with customers and internal staff to find sales opportunities.
- Conduct quarterly internal and external training sessions on product changes and Treasury Solutions with partners.
- Complete annual reviews with existing portfolio to ensure all needs are being met.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with all Bank regulations, policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date with upcoming releases to Treasury Products as they become available.
- Ensure customers are educated and aware of advanced features and benefits of the products.
- Stay updated on Industry best practices, market trends and competitor offerings to enhance Braveras competitive position.
- Meet or exceed Treasury goals by directly selling Bravera Banks business solutions and services to new and existing customers.
- Travel as needed for product installations and customer support.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
- Fully understand and adhere to current banking regulations, policies, and procedures related to digital banking compliance and overall safety and soundness.
- Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees and organizations.
- The employee will adhere to al banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.
- Education: Secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
- Experience: Three or more years of relevant work experience, preferably in treasury management, financial consulting or related roles or a combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet accountabilities and required competencies of the position.
