Job Title: CNA or HHA (Part-Time and PRN) Work hours are 1p-5pm daily.

3 new positions

  • Monday through Friday
  • Saturday and Sunday
  • PRN 1 day per week

Applicant must live in St. Louis City, County or St. Charles County

Location: North County

Job Description: Under the Supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide care, comfort and assistance to clients in their home. Provide patient-centered care consistently. Promote independence, perserve autonomy. Ensure proper bathing and grooming, assist with meals, cooking, cleaning, run errands, report out of norm's and etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care and companionship for our clients
  • Assist with maintaining clients’ independence and performing exercise
  • Ambulate clients to ensure strength and mobility
  • Use mechanical lifts and gait belts safely
  • Dementia care
  • Assist with household organization and light housekeeping (dusting, mopping, etc.)
  • Offer medication reminders
  • Run errands and assist with meal preparations
  • Handle laundry tasks
  • Report changes in clients’ conditions
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate as a member of the care team
  • Be dependable and reliable
  • Show compassion and respect
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in home health or geriatrics
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Stable work history
  • Reliable Transportation with insurance
  • Availability to work weekdays and every other weekend
  • Clean background check and excellent references

Clientele: We serve a diverse range of clients, including elderly individuals, patients recovering from surgery or illness, individuals with chronic illnesses or disabilities, clients with mobility issues, and families needing respite care. Our goal is to provide personalized, compassionate care that allows our clients to live comfortably and safely in their own homes.
