• Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.49 / hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time
• Skill Level: Advanced  

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the hotel Leadership Team to maximize revenue & minimize expenses while providing the highest level of guest service.
• Advanced Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an excellent guest experience
• Maintain high standards of food quality and consistently
• Ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and rotated to maintain freshness
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, following established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen work area.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior cooks
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet Hilton Hotel's quality standards

• Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years kitchen experience in a restaurant environment – Required
• Ability to support a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and detail oriented
• Strong Hilton skills(OnQ, R&I, Opera, PRIO) - Preferred
• Ability to work as a team, cook high quality food, and have a positive attitude

The expected pay range is $22.00 - $25.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
