Breeze Airways is seeking an energetic Manager of Talent supporting Flight Ops and Inflight. This strategic leader reports to the Director of Talent and will manage a team of Pilot and Flight Attendant recruiters & coordinators and will work closely with Flight Ops and Inflight Leadership. This manager will be responsible for building our Pilot and Flight Attendant pipelines and creating & maintaining relationships between, Flight Schools, University Aviator programs and will oversee the Breeze Pilot and Pathway programs, Embark and Breeze Boost.
Here's what you'll do
- Manage a team of Talent team members serving Flight Ops and Inflight including Pilot and Flight Attendant hiring
- Manage all activities relating to recruiting new Flight Ops and Inflight Breeze team members including Pilots, Fight Attendants and Leadership positions.
- Develop Recruitment best practices by partnering with Inflight and Flight Ops Leaders
- Create the Breeze Pathway Strategy for future Breeze Pilots and Flight Attendants
- Manage, develop, and enhance Pilot Pathway and Pipeline recruitment programs, processes & procedures
- Establish relationships with Flight Schools and Universities Aviator Programs with the goal to enter into partnerships for future Breeze Pilots and Flight Attendants
- Manage Breeze Embark and Boost programs
- Ensure positions are filled efficiently, effectively, and equitably by making Diversity and Inclusion a priority
- Ensure Pilot and Flight Attendant training classes are filled by collaborating Crew Planning and Training departments
- Provide weekly recruitment reports to Talent Director and identify trends
- Facilitate weekly Pilot Hiring Committee meetings
- Coordinate/Attend Pilot and Flight Attendant hiring events as needed
- Attend Pilot and Flight Attendant hiring and staffing meetings to identify potential hiring issues/trends
- Ensure Pilot Recruitment Pipeline remains steady by uniting with Flight Ops Leaders & Pilot Development
- Ensure Pilot PRIA/PRD Records are maintained properly by establishing a Quality Assurance process
- Manage Pilot Visa Programs and collaborate with Breeze Legal and Finance teams
- Seek improvements to current processes and develop training programs for Talent Team Members including Interview Skills training
- Conduct/Facilitate Talent Team Training
- Monitor Breeze Talent Systems to ensure they remain relevant and cost-effective for Breeze
- Collaborate with Marketing and IT development teams to create external and internal recruiting websites to attract and excite future team member
- Create and oversee the Flight Ops and Inflight Recruitment Social Media initiatives
- Manage Talent SharePoint page regarding Pilot and Flight Attendant hiring
- Provide Talent Director with data necessary to understand trends and budget impacts
- Travel – (up to 20%)

Here's what you'll need to be successful
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous Airline Experience is a must
- 2 years' experience leading a Talent (Recruitment) team
- 1 year 's of experience in a Pilot Recruitment Role
- Subject matter expert in Pilot hiring requirements
- Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment
- In-depth knowledge of attracting and hiring airline employees including part 121 Pilots and Flight Attendant team members
- Knowledge of workforce planning (forecast, identify specific needs, skills, locations, and behaviors)
- Proven knowledge of using social media as a Recruitment tool
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management reporting, performance, and metrics
- Proven experience building, implementing, and/or maintaining a Talent & Onboarding programs that attract and retain top talent
- Knowledge of People (HR), Recruitment, and applicable federal and state laws and regulations
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Teams Meeting, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on a customer service orientation
- Ability to report Talent updates to Senior Leaders
- Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
