Brehm, Nofer & McCarter, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation firm working on cases in our practice areas including professional liability, products liability, and catastrophic loss. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with our team of experienced attorneys, providing legal support in all stages of civil litigation cases. Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in PA.
- Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions and motion practice.
- Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
Minimum billable requirement: 1,900 hours. Transparent bonus structure. Comprehensive benefits package.
