Prominent Houston restaurant seeks front of house manager. All candidates must have the passion and personality to provide genuine southern hospitality. Three years experience in a fine dining, full service operation is required. Must quickly gain an understanding of our policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs. Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given friendly and courteous service. Must have the ability to accurately prepare required paperwork, including forms, reports and inventories in an organized and timely manner. Previous experience should have prepared this candidate to understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.
