What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at BREW HOUSE COFFEE?
Brew House Coffee in Lodi, CA is looking for 1 more full or part-time barista to add to our already strong team. We are looking for strong individuals who love people, coffee and work great with the team and our customers. Great people skills are a MUST. Open availability is desired to build a consistent schedule. MUST be able to work weekends. Must be reliable and punctual. There are two locations in Lodi and we need two more baristas to build a team that will work between both locations. Our ideal candidates will be attentive to detail, can handle fast paced times and must be team players. Salary is based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks, prepare food and all other items we offer
- Must be able to handle a fast paced environment
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista or willing to learn quickly.
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
