Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity, following standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
- Interact warmly with guests, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and comply with food safety and service regulations.
- Assist with events and group bookings, ensuring smooth beverage service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and positivity.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Bartender/Server in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting (preferred but not required).
- Solid knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktails, and food safety best practices.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be 21 years or older to comply with legal alcohol service requirements.
