**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and assistance to residents in various healthcare settings.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Deliver specialized care for infectious diseases, dementia, geriatrics, and hospice care.
- Demonstrate knowledge of human physiology to ensure proper patient care
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with PCC or similar electronic health records system is a plus
- Ability to handle diverse patient needs including different age groups and medical conditions
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
