Description
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Kaizen, and CMA, provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living, such as hygiene, toileting, feeding, moving safely to activities or functions, and caring for the resident's environment, including laundry and housekeeping.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, a genuine desire to work with the elderly or disabled, and some experience is preferred. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, empathy and the ability to listen, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

Qualifications
