Description
To perform clinical services across the entire campus in accordance with Brewster Places philosophy of care and approved policies, standards of nursing practices and governmental regulations so as to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. To monitor resident medical conditions and expend the necessary resources to achieve the highest level of health status and functional capability. The Community Health RN will assist with admissions to Community Nursing and 60 day assessments.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a current RN/LPN license in the state of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree. Preferred to have at least 1-3 years of experience as an RN/LPN.
