Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications and developing care plans.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure excellent care delivery.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing or a related field.
- Current, valid nursing license in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
