nced attorney to join its Real Estate Industry Group. The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience representing businesses and municipalities on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, land use, zoning and real estate development matters. This position will require the candidate to have familiarity with property due diligence, title and survey review, experience working with title companies, and some experience interpreting local codes and ordinances. We expect the successful candidate to have some experience first-chairing real estate transactions, with a desire to move into a client-facing role in the future. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments. Office location may be flexible.
