What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trust & Estate Attorney position at Bricker Graydon?
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join its Business Industry Group. The ideal candidate will have 10 years’ experience in advising clients on complex estate planning matters, including advanced trust planning, wealth preservation strategies, gift and estate tax strategies, estate and trust administration, revocable and irrevocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable remainder and lead trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, fiduciary income taxation, and closely held business ownership succession planning and taxation.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
