What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Design Engineer position at Bridge Brothers Inc.?
Senior Design Engineer
Location: Greenville, SC
Company: Bridge Brothers
About Bridge Brothers
Bridge Brothers is a leading designer, manufacturer, and builder of custom steel bridge solutions. We partner with municipalities, DOTs, national parks, energy companies, and private developers to deliver one-of-a-kind structures that prioritize safety, durability, and constructability.
Joining Bridge Brothers means working on real infrastructure—projects that leave a visible, lasting impact while giving engineers meaningful ownership from concept through construction.
Position Overview
Bridge Brothers is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and execution of custom bridge projects. This role is intentionally open to candidates with structural, civil, or industrial engineering backgrounds, particularly those with experience in steel structures, heavy industrial systems, or complex load-bearing designs.
This position owns engineering execution—from early design and calculations through fabrication coordination and construction support—while serving as a technical leader within the organization.
Bridge experience is a plus, but not required. Strong fundamentals, steel experience, and sound engineering judgment matter most.
