The Inventory and Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for developing and managing the facility inventory and sales fulfilment processes, ensuring the efficient and compliant tracking and management. This role involves being detail oriented, inventory experience, supporting the sales team, and adhering to all relevant regulations. The inventory manager will work with management to stay compliant and meet company standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Production:
- Help with staffing, scheduling and managing packaging department to ensure product is packaged and labeled compliantly and in a timely manner
- Execute the daily responsibilities of the packaging process, from raw material handling to finished product packaging.
- Documenting each step of the process
- Ensure timely and accurate production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain company and state tracking logs and software, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all operations.
- Packaging and Labeling of products
- familiarize with laws/best practices
- gain proper certifications as needed including agent credentials
- Team Leadership:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Quality Control:
- Focus on quality control measures throughout the infusion process.
- Monitor product quality, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the infusion area and equipment.
- Taking inventory
- Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure strict adherence to all state and local regulations regarding cannabis manufacturing and processing.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in cannabis regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee the monitoring and management of packaging equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Gathering counts of all materials and equipment
- Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular reconciliation. This is to be both Metrc and company tracking.
- Centralize data (sheets or applicable tools)
- Create the basis for future: timelines/deadlines, production schedules, sell through data, Metric input when applicable
- maintain these counts and systems with regularly scheduled self audits
- Working with state regulators during inspections to ensure audit and reporting is done correctly
- Managing vault
- Working with management to order packaging and other supplies when necessary to ensure no delays in product readiness
- Sales Support:
- Support the sales team with order fulfillment
- Pull pack and prep orders for delivery
- Create labels
- Make sure all units are labeled and packaged properly

Pay: $46,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
