What’s Under the Hood

DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, we are looking for a motivated individual to create long term solutions to help customers maintain the quality of their loan while providing excellent levels of customer service.  

In long, you will:

- Provide excellent customer service to customers who need assistance in meeting their contract obligations due to unexpected financial obligations

- Contact or attempt contact with customers who are delinquent

- Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive relationship with customers

- Maintain positive working relationships with the Loan Servicing team

- Meet or exceed production goals

- Performs other related duties as assigned  

Training

- The training period will be the first 4 weeks of employment. Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.

The Specifics.

- High School or GED

- 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry

- Professional and persuasive communication and negotiation skills.

- Flexible part time schedule, with shifts from 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm, with full Saturdays from 8am - 5pm.

- Located on-site in our exciting contact center in Fort Worth, TX.
