What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Support Worker- Foster Care Program position at Bridge Health?
GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES
Bridge Health TREK Foster program is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Case Manager. Individual selected will be responsible for supervising agency Foster Homes and maintaining a case load of Foster Children. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all state, local, and federal guidelines, Bridge Health agency guidelines, as well as, maintaining documentation. Travel is a vital part of the position and will be required. Primary work schedule will be Monday through Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available for monthly on-call rotation is a must.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree from an accredited college in Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, Childhood Education, Special Education, Guidance Counseling or a related field of study. Good Driving history/ability to drive and ability to work in the community. Previous experience with DFCS or another child placement agency.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous Supervisory Experience with a Child Placement Agency
