YOUR ROLE AS A SECONDARY EDUCATOR
As a Secondary Educator at Bridges Preparatory School, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students in grades 6-12. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To be successful as a Secondary Educator at Bridges Preparatory School, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a specific area of education and hold an educator certificate in the content area you will be teaching. While not required, AP certification is highly desirable for high school positions. Additionally, having a Gifted and Talented endorsement is preferred. In addition to the required certifications and endorsements, successful candidates will have a strong understanding of the Paideia Methodology and possess skills in STEM education.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as collaboration with teams and administration is a key aspect of this role.
