• Be a patient advocate, guiding them through every step of their eyewear journey.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, and execute these details with flawless accuracy.
• Use your expertise to confidently explain lens options and prescription terminology, and tailor recommendations to individual needs.
• Ensure that our finished eyewear meets our optical standards, as well as customer requirements and requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and efficient customer experience.
• Embrace innovation, helping shape best practices for sales and service.
• Represent our brand, sharing our passion for bold frames, cutting-edge materials, and unique styles.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed optician in the state of Connecticut, or is currently working toward licensure (pay commensurate with experience and licensing)
