Homestead serves Adolescents who are at risk for psychiatric inpatient hospitalization in a multi-faceted, comprehensive, community-based residential program.
Position Title: Homestead Overnight Residential Counselor
Position Type: Full Time; 35 Hours/Weekly; Overnight Shifts with Shift Differentials

Salary: $17.00 Hourly
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision of adolescents
- Provide supportive counseling, daily living skills, skills building, psychoeducational groups, recreation activities and transportation
- Assist child with integration back to community setting
- Responsible for behavior management plans
- Supervise clients self-administering medication in conjunction with Doctor and Nurse
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related Human Services field (Social Work, Education, Criminal Justice) OR
- Associate’s Degree with one year of experience OR
- High School Diploma with 3 years direct care experience in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting
