What are the responsibilities and job description for the TENNIS ATTENDANT position at Bright Industries?
The Tennis Shop Assistant will be responsible for all administrative duties within the Tennis Pro Shop at our Country Club, The Lakes at Castle Hills. We are looking to fill two part-time positions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Answer telephone, take and distribute messages.
- Help maintain department look.
- Prepare department correspondence including letters and memos.
- Maintain accident reports.
- Help members with any questions or concerns.
- Prepare Tennis schedules, rosters, and any events.
- Update Tennis court usage.
- Assist with checking membership renewal status.
- Responsible for payment collections for any Tennis events.
- Cleaning up the Tennis Courts whenever needed.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Monday- Thursday: 4 pm – 8 pm
Friday: 4 pm – 8:30 pm
Saturday-Sunday: 8 am – 1 pm or 1 pm -5 pm
