Senior Engineer Dynamics 365

Work locations can be either Richmond, VA, Omaha NE

Denver CO or Milwaukee WI. Hybrid role T, W, Th onsite.

This is a 6 month contract-to-hire and needs to meet Client full-time conversion policies.

The Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer creates the overall structure and workflow of a software solution in Dynamics 365 and is responsible for leading and/or handling the development of one to multiple components. The Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer works within an Agile team in a multi-technology environment and contributes to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Dynamics 365 and other Power Platform solutions, as well as custom applications in Azure. Collaborates with Business Analysts, key stakeholders, other IT professionals to define detailed customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technology, and develop and present technologies.

Education

• Required - bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, other related field or equivalent work experience, including military experience
  
  

Certification

• Dynamics 365 certifications or equivalent work experience a strong plus
• Insurance certifications or affiliation with industry group a plus
  
  

Work Experience

• 3 years of Senior level development and administration experience with Dynamics 365 Sales
• 3 years of experience with Azure cloud-based applications and the Microsoft Power Platform
• 5 years coding in multiple programming languages such as C# and JavaScript
• 5 years using frameworks such as ASP.NET Core
• 5 years of experience with relational databases and SQL – MS SQL Server preferred
• 3 years Agile project delivery methods
• DevOps, CI/CD, test automation and cloud deployment
• Experience creating modern web applications and designing Web APIs with REST/JSON
• Experience assembling solutions using custom development, off the shelf systems, and 3rd party integrations
• Rapid prototype sprints to deliver new innovations to market
• Familiarity with design thinking and customer centric design
