Seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to become a part of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for overall guest experience
- Develop professional relationships with clients
- Process payments and make deposits
- Process renewals, endorsements, etc.
- Daily tasks, such as data input
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service related field
- Must be reliable and strive for excellence in all tasks
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Task and detail-oriented
All training will be provided. You must be willing to obtain your Property/Casualty Insurance license. The agency will pay half of the licensing course and testing cost when you begin the course. After you have been employed with the agency for one year and all other employment conditions met, the agency will pay the other half of the course and licensing cost.
Position is part-time. We can agree on a work schedule and hours per week if you are hired. You would be required to cover the owner's sick days and work at least 3 full weeks each year.
Interview process:
Preliminary interview will be an email. The second interview will be an in-person meeting. You must provide 3 professional references, at least one being a former supervisor. A second in-person meeting might be necessary.
