- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, mobile, performance)
- Define automation standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for QA teams
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Test Design & Execution
- Create robust automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Ensure high coverage across microservices, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Tools & Technologies
- Expert in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, RestAssured, Postman, JMeter, Gatling
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Quality Leadership
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive automation adoption across teams
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product managers to embed quality in every stage
- Champion shift-left testing practices and promote test-driven development (TDD/BDD)
