Duties
- Oversee the day to day clinical guidance in the center
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement strong policies for all therapists
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Provide patient care and behavioral interventions
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication and documentation
- Work closely with special education professionals to support student needs
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of medical records management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
