Schedule: Full-Time | 30–40 hours per week
Brighter View Life Enrichment Center is hiring a full-time, on-site HR Coordinator in the West Valley, AZ to support a regulated workforce including Direct Care Workers (DCWs), Drivers, and Arizona DDD service staff. This role focuses on HR compliance, employee onboarding, personnel file management, and audit readiness in a healthcare and nonprofit environment.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-starter and go-getter who is organized, proactive, and willing to jump in where needed to support operations, audits, and team growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard Direct Care Workers (DCWs), Drivers, and program staff
- Conduct in-person onboarding and orientations
- Maintain DDD-compliant, audit-ready personnel files
- Track certifications, training, and compliance requirements
- Support driver compliance (licenses, MVD checks, required training)
- Serve as the on-site HR point of contact in the West Valley
- Assist with audits, staffing readiness, and day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of HR, compliance, or administrative experience
- Experience with DDD, healthcare, nonprofit, or regulated staff preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
