This job pays between $12.00 and $17.00 per hour and does not include benefits.
General Duties and Responsibilities :
Maintain a trade base to ensure bidding is done in a competitive manner
Distribute bid packages
Learn SOWs for each major contractor
Analyze subcontractor proposals
Review plans for discrepancies and help identify solutions before construction
Assist with that generation of projected direct costs
Recommend price changes to management to achieve markings
Ensure product specification change requests are processed
Negotiate to receive the best pricing
Other duties and projects as assigned
