Position Summary -

We build safer, greener communities with solar streetlighting. As our Solar Field Operations Manager, you’ll be on the front lines — traveling to project sites across Florida to make sure every installation meets our standards for quality, safety, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections before installation to verify accurate staking and preparation.
• Oversee on-site installation of solar streetlights and poles to meet project specifications.
• Perform detailed post-installation checks to confirm correct setup and functionality.
• Coordinate directly with crews to address on-site challenges and maintain high safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and provide clear, timely updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure all activities comply with companies safety policies and quality requirements.
• Support warehouse operations as needed (approximately 10–15% of the time).

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations or site management — solar or construction experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to read and interpret site maps and technical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license required.
