- 2–3 years of experience in HVAC system installation.
- Ability to use hand and power tools related to HVAC installations.
- Understanding of refrigerant handling and HVAC safety protocols.
- Knowledge of ductwork fabrication and installation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- EPA certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
