JOB SUMMARY:
The Enterprise Systems Operator Level I will serve as the central point of contact for Enterprise products such as Financials, Cashiering, Delinquents, Customer Information System, Credit Card services, Customer Mobile App, Salesforce, Remit and Payment Gateway functions, IVR and Event Monitoring.

- Troubleshoot import of mass inventory

- Payroll support for time entry setup
- Cash Register - General Cashier functions
- Delinquent payment processes and reporting
- Customer Information Systems
- Broadband charge code maintenance
- Cloud permission setup/maintenance for functional roles
- Taxation maintenance/support
- Maintain Task management for Service order workflows
- Credit Card device maintenance and monitoring with Verifone
- Customer Mobile App
- Boundary Tool Broadband Zone maintenance
- Customer facing administrative settings and maintenance
- Marketing Tool maintenance
- SalesForce
- Interface with Enterprise Systems for reporting functionality
- Broadband Zone maintenance for reporting
- Cloud-based Enterprise Operations
- Support of Fiber Plant assignments
- Submit mass change requests for Fiber Assignments
- Lead project support for NISC enhancements as NISC develops new solutions
- Integration Hub - Support for Broadband audits between switches and billing
- Provisioning Business Rules support contact for Broadband
- Document Vault - Data Archive
- Remit and Cloud Payment Gateway - Replacement Payment Center integration for Cloud-based services
- IVR - Support staff in sending mass IVR messages for plant outages to customers

- Primary support for internal messaging through application integrations
- Enterprise Systems Admin
- Maintain Broadband Contractor user accounts
- Maintain security roles for new functionality of software reports and screens
- Enterprise Environment monitoring and maintenance with service provider support
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
- Must maintain a valid TN driver's license from state of residence.
- Must be available for after-hours work which would include working a fair share of all necessary overtime.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent knowledge of NISC or equivalent products (CHR, SEDC, CSA) and Utility workflows.
- Knowledge of Information Technology best practices.
- Knowledge of Utility departments and their functions.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
- Possess excellent time-management skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent lifting of small amounts is required, as well as lowering, carrying, static position (head/neck), standing, walking, sitting, talking, and simple grasp. Constant vision, hearing, depth perception, and arm/hand use for machine control operation are required.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Most work is done in an indoor, climate-controlled environment. Some overnight travel required for training purposes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fundamental understanding of Operations Support Systems and Business Support Systems is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Utility business practices preferred.
- B.A. Degree in Computer Science or related field required. Multiple relevant certifications may substitute for a B.A. Degree.
