How You Will Make a Difference

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll help patients achieve their goals in the comfort of their homes. You’ll build connections with patients by developing treatment plans and tracking their progress. With the support of a skilled team of PTAs, you’ll deliver exceptional care. This role is ideal for PTs who value autonomy, enjoy creating their own schedules, and have experience working with diverse ages and conditions.

Your Schedule & Pay Scale

• Full-time role with flexibility to create your own schedule
• $1,346 base weekly pay commission
• Location: Lubbock, TX

What’s Required to Join Our Team

• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Valid driver’s license and current CPR-BLS certification
• Active PT license for Texas
