Responsibilities
- Assess clients' nutritional and health needs to develop personalized nutrition plans.
- Counsel clients on nutrition issues and promote healthy eating habits.
- Create and implement meal plans that cater to specific dietary needs and preferences.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
- State licensure as a dietitian/nutritionist (as required in Florida).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Experience in clinical or community nutrition settings is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
