- Demonstrates a relentless dedication to meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations
- Performs basic to intermediate level troubleshooting of network technologies all IGT deployed network systems according to established procedures, using existing tools under minimal supervision.
- Performs basic to intermediate level network monitoring
- Submits recommendations to improve network monitoring functionality and service and assists the network monitoring team with implementing approved recommendations.
- Performs basic to intermediate level monitoring and troubleshooting by using tools for verification of services, and detecting, reporting, escalating, and documenting anomalies according to established procedures.
- Accurately executes checklists to ensure that all maintenance activities, change requests, network system functionality, validation of network system locations/status, and internal/external customer requests are completed.
- Adheres to service level agreements by following established SLA performance requirements
- Adheres to IT best practices by following established IT best practice performance including but not limited to: Incident Management, Change Management, Release Management and Audit Management.
- Basic knowledge of IP protocols, window command line and Cisco equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of Office suite and PC operating systems.
- Entry level knowledge of WAN topology associated monitoring and troubleshooting tools, data center network equipment and network cable specifications.
- Basic level WAN topology, Cellular and Satellite technologies, associated monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Data Center network equipment and network cable specifications.
- Must be able to work all holidays as shift requires (24x7x365 operation), may work up to 12hour shift.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $31,096 - $67,496. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
