Overview
Brightview is a local family-owned window cleaning and pressure washing company located in Wake Forest, NC. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to join our team. As our Customer Service Manager you'll be the go-to person for customer interactions and team communication. You'll manage inbound calls , estimate requests, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and work closely with field crews. You will ensure that every interaction reflects our brand values and builds customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, strong administrative skills, enjoy being part of a team, and possess a passion for serving team members and customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the customer experience, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text with timeliness, professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Act as primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Administrative tasks include invoicing, receiving and followup to ensure prompt payment.
- Oversee scheduling, routing jobs for efficiency, and confirming appointments to ensure a smooth day for technicians.
- Collaborate with management on process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Passion for delivering great service and solving problems.
- 1-3 year experience in customer service, preferably in home services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required.
- Friendly and confident phone presence; calm under pressure.
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft, CRM...), tech savvy.
- Familiar with the challenges of scheduling crews, weather delays, and seasonal demand.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Experience in handling customer service escalations and complaint resolutions.
