What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Brilliance Therapy Solutions?
We are looking for an RBT who is ready to make a difference. RBTs will work under the close supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABA) to provide ABA therapy to children and support their families.
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma
- RBT certification or Ready to Test for Certification
- Pass level two background check
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
As a registered behavior technician, you will be required to:
- Attend company training and team meetings
- Implement ABA skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs with clients
- Provide treatment in home, community, and school settings as needed
- Be observed working with clients by behavior therapists and behavior analysts
- Data collection
- Program material creation and organization
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
