Responsibilities

• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.

• Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with customers and team members.
• Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning initiatives to drive store performance.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management or store management roles is essential.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes and retail math principles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop training programs that enhance employee performance.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer interaction.
