Description
Informaticians with in depth terminology experience and a clinical background (including disability), to include physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and possibly other allied health and benefits professionals sufficient to develop mappings and modeling to SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, FHIR and other appropriate standards that are use case dependent. Develops semantic infrastructure such as metadata, ontology standards, proficient in using terminology tools and has extensive expertise in clinical terminology management such as maintaining terminology by providing updates to domain specific value sets based on new or changed terminology standards.
