Sales and Marketing Specialist – Commission-Only | 10% on High-Ticket Tech Marketing Deals
Brillient is a fast-growing tech company that builds custom apps, software, websites, and full-stack marketing systems for companies that want to scale. Our average projects range from $5,000 to $25,000 , and we’re looking for highly motivated Sales and Marketing Specialists to help us grow.
This is a commission-only role with a generous 10% payout structure. If you know how to sell, market, and build relationships that convert — this is your opportunity to make real income while promoting real value.
We’re not looking for junior reps or casual applicants. We’re building a network of capable professionals who can communicate, create outreach strategies, and close deals.

- You have experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- You’re professional, driven, and confident in your communication
- You prefer commission-based roles where results = income
- You can generate your own leads or use tools we provide
- You’ve sold services over $3,000 before (preferred but not required)
- You value autonomy and are comfortable working remotely
- High-converting pitch decks, scripts, and brand assets
- Support from our fulfillment and leadership teams
