PURPOSE OF JOB: Provides administrative support for the CHC Care Teams to promote excellent patient care. Works to develop positive relationships with patients and employees to help patients feel welcomed and satisfied with their overall care.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Able to use office equipment, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Able to learn new equipment and procedures.
- Clear, comprehensible, and concise oral and written communications including correct English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation required.
- Office procedures including filing, recordkeeping, business letter writing required.
- Four years of increasingly responsible experience in healthcare preferred with ability to run reports in the RPMS, iCARE, and/or Meditech.
- Complete confidentiality of patient and business records required.
- Personal initiative in providing challenging administrative support with tight deadlines required. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to learn and apply federal, state, and local laws and regulations; and BBAHC organizational policies and departmental procedures required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Yup’ik speaking preferred.
